PerformIQ by Athlete Management Systems (“PerformIQ”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of athletes, coaches, and clubs who use our platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
- Account information: Name, email address, role (athlete/coach/club admin), and profile details you provide during sign-up.
- Wellness and training data: Daily check-in responses (sleep, soreness, energy, mood, stress, RPE), readiness scores, match schedules, microcycle plans, testing results (RSI, sprint force-velocity, movement screening), and nutrition logs.
- Payment information: Subscription and billing data managed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
- Usage data: Log data and analytics to improve platform performance and reliability.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide personalised readiness scoring, microcycle planning, and AI development plans.
- To enable coaches to monitor their squad’s wellness and load.
- To process subscription payments securely via Stripe.
- To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI: AI features (microcycle generation, development plans, movement screening). Data sent to OpenAI is processed under their API terms.
Minor Athlete Data
Athletes under 18 have their data treated with additional care. Access is restricted to authorised coaches and club staff. Clubs and coaches are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent for minor athletes before registering them on the platform.
