These Terms of Service govern your use of PerformIQ, operated by Athlete Management Systems. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share login details or allow unauthorised access to your account. Athletes must be at least 13 years old to create an account independently; younger athletes require a parent, guardian, or coach to manage their account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PerformIQ to: share false or misleading information; attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorised to view; reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the platform’s content or code; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

PerformIQ and its content, design, and technology are owned by Athlete Management Systems. You retain ownership of the data you submit (wellness check-ins, schedules, etc.). By submitting data, you grant us the right to process it to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

PerformIQ is provided as a training and monitoring tool. It does not constitute medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athlete Management Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
